1. Eligibility for a Refund

You qualify for a full, hassle-free refund if all of the following simple conditions are met:

• Timeframe: Your refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days (168 hours) of your initial order timestamp.
• Account Verification: You provide the email address used during purchase and your associated Order Reference ID.
• Technical Assistance: You allowed our technical team the opportunity to assist with configuration settings (such as testing an alternate server cluster, updating buffer cache, or setting up recommended apps like TiviMate or IPTV Smarters).

2. Non-Refundable Scenarios

While we strive to be as generous as possible, refunds cannot be granted under the following circumstances:

• Requests submitted after the 7-day guarantee window has expired.
• Accounts terminated due to intentional violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., unauthorized commercial rebroadcasting or sharing single-connection accounts beyond plan limits).
• Subsequent renewals on accounts where the user previously utilized a full subscription period without objection.
• Issues proven to be solely caused by third-party local internet outages or ISP hardware failures where the user's connection speed is below the minimum required bandwidth for streaming (e.g. < 15 Mbps).

3. Step-by-Step Refund Process

Requesting your money back is fast and transparent:

1. Submit Your Request: Email refunds@iptvfox4k.shop with the subject line "Refund Request - [Your Order ID]" or submit a request via our Contact Desk.
2. Verification: We check your order date and then deactivate your login details.
3. Processing: Approved refunds are paid back to the original payment method (card, Apple Pay, PayPal or crypto). How long the money takes to appear depends on your bank or wallet.

4. Digital Delivery Policy

IPTV FOX delivers intangible digital subscription goods (M3U links, Xtream Codes API credentials, and EPG TV Guide endpoints).

• Delivery Time: Credentials are sent within 30 minutes of payment confirmation, directly to your checkout email address.
• Spam Folder Check: In rare cases where delivery emails are filtered, check your Spam/Junk folder or contact our support desk by email and we will send them again.
• No Shipping Fees: There are zero physical shipping fees or postal delays involved.
